Brioche Dough

“Flaky brioche dough with the classic French recipe in four flavours:

Parmesan, burger, chicken and sausage with cassoulet cream”

Cooking instructions:

Store in a freezer up to – 18o C until the expiry date

Defrosting outside the refrigerator or in a putty bag until it swells

Bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for about 23 – 25 minutes
