Croissants

Cooking instructions:

Store in a freezer up to – 18o C until the expiry date

Defrosting outside the refrigerator or in a putty bag until it swells

Brush with egg – water, after the product has risen

Bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for about 20 – 25 minutes
